BioHelix's IsoAmp Molecular Analyzer is an "instrument-free" molecular diagnostic platform for IsoAmp assays. This novel platform consists of a proprietary isothermal nucleic acid amplification technology and adisposable detection device entitled the BESt™ Cassette.

The workflow of the IsoAmp® Molecular Analyzer:

1) Simple sample-prep
2) Isothermal amplification (65°C)
3) Amplicon detection via the novel BESt™ Cassette

Aiming to further reduce the complexity of molecular diagnostic assays and total turnaround time, BioHelix scientists are working on various projects that include integrated sample-prep, dry reagents, and the next-generation faster HDA platform. Our ultimate goal is to bring CLIA waived molecular tests to the point-of-care market.
