article describing the thermophilic-HDA (tHDA) system has been recently
published in JBC online. In this article, we describe a new method
of using a thermostable helicase to perform HDA at 65°C with improved
sensitivity and specificity compared to the original mesophilic-HDA
(mHDA) system (go to Publications). |
