ET
SSB (Extreme thermostable SSB) is a single-stranded DNA
binding protein isolated from a hyperthermophilic microorganism, and
remains fully active after incubation at 95ºC for 60 min.

ET
SSB Plus is a proprietary combination of thermostable RecA
and thermostable SSB, (formally known as Primer Navigator).
It is designed to deliver maximum enhancement in DNA amplification
reactions such as HDA, RT-PCR and PCR.

RecA is
a RecA homolog isolated from Thermus thermophilus. It has a
ssDNA-dependent ATPase activity at an optimal temperature range between
65 to 75ºC.

RecA (Extreme thermostable RecA) is an E. coli RecA
homolog isolated from a hyperthermophilic microorganism. It has a
ssDNA-dependent ATPase activity at an optimal temperature range between
75 to 85ºC.
